Is there an easy way to cancel my order that was just placed?

Somehow, while ordering on my phone through the Sephora app, I managed to have two orders go through of the same thing. Not sure how that is possible. There is no easy way to cancel online. What is the best way to cancel an order that was just placed?

I'm sorry, we're unable to cancel or modify orders once they've been placed. I'm able to submit a cancellation request for your order, but it's not guaranteed that your order will get cancelled. If your does does get cancelled, you'll receive an email confirming that your order was cancelled per your request. Is there an easy way to cancel my order that was just placed?

Call don't email they're too slow. I made thr mistake and finally through email and leaving a message here they got back to me only to say it had went through and to return the item. It's better to call and try and stop it. We should have a cancel option like Amazon especially if it's within an hour and it hasn't processed. Anyway, Good Luck!!
