In store purchase not showing up online

This past Wednesday I purchased several items at a Sephora in Columbia, SC and the items have not shown up in the purchases section online nor have the points been added to my account even though my insider card was scanned. Is there any way to correct this issue?

Hi @LaurieBT, I made a purchase in store and my points was not add on my Sephora account. Is there a way to add those point? I still have the receipt

THE SAME THING HAPPEN TO ME 

I paid with a Kohl’s card put in my phone and then later that day I checked my acc that day  and it did not have the points on it

Hi @katarinarucker! Yes! Please send a copy of your receipt with the email address on your account to "customerservice@sephora.com" and the appropriate department will be able to update your account for you.

I am also having the same issue. I provided them with my phone number and the purchase is not showing up in my account. When I contact customer service and provide them with my receipt number they basically say "sorry nothing we can do" Can some one please help me to get the points added to my online account?
