Store purchase not showing up online

Hi! None of my in-store purchase history is shown in my online account, but the points are correct, and the page only shows the online order history. Can you help me find out the in-store purchase? Thanks.

Hi Cynthia0829,

 

To see your purchase history, go to your Beauty Insider account page. Scroll down to Rewards Activity and click on view all on the right hand side. This will take you to your Purchase History. On the upper right hand corner, there is a filter option. Click on that and choose All to filter all purchases. This will show your in store and online purchases. If you still need assistance, please send me a private message.

I made a purchase in-store and it is not showing up in my account. I've filtered by All in the past purchases screen, but that is not working.
