I never got my free samples with order? Is there any way I can get them?

Hi I recently made an online order and my two free samples I chose two tom ford fragrance samples - my order arrived today and I never got them. They are listed on my order summary online, but in the packing slip that came today they're not there. I've had something similar happen before where I assume they had run out of the sample I requested and just packed something else instead but even that didn't happen this time.
This is disappointing as I was really looking forward to those samples but extra disappointing that nothing else was substituted if everything was out.

Same thing happened to me. In the past, I have received substitute samples and that seemed to be happening more regularly. But my order today had zero samples in the box though they are listed on my order. It’s disappointing for sure. I use these to decide on my next purchase!

Same thing happened to me, and I actually spent a lot of time debating on my order. Whole reason I placed the order was to receive perfume oil samples from Nest (2 different scents) to potentially purchase because I don’t have a Sephora store nearby to go and test them out. I understand stock can be limited but the worst part was that I didn’t any other samples as replacement and only the pruchased order items came. Also super disappointed like you. Wondering if there’s anything that can be done?
