I made an order online, it never arrived but the tracking says it was delivered. Help, please!

This is the first time this happens... I made an order online over a week ago, right before the holiday weekend I checked the status of the order and it said it had arrived, had been delivered to my door, but I got home and there was nothing there. I am going on a two week trip next week and was really counting on having my products to take with me... Please, help me get my order resent or otherwise provide me with a refund. Thank you.
