I keep receiving “Payment Error” and my order will not go through!!

I am trying to make an order online, with my Sephora credit card that I have made purchases with before on my account. But it is not working.

 

It keeps stating…

 

"Payment error - your payment could not be processed. Please verify that your card number, expiration date and cvn are correct and that your billing address matches what the bank has on file. We have reversed any pending charges to your account."

 

But everything is correct and I never changed or updated any information such as my billing address, etc.

 

How can this be fixed so I can purchase the products I want?

Same here I can't use it at all and I haven't changed anything about were I live or anything

I’m having the same problem. I removed some stuff from my cart and it worked once but when I went back to order what I had taken out, it stopped working again. I got the same exact message, I tried signing out and using the website and this is still happening. It’s not because of my card because I just used it for something else and it’s worked like normal.
