I can't add anything to my cart

I am unable to add anything into my cart, whether I am signed in or not. The only way I can currently sign in is by resetting my password, consistent to issues I've read that others have had too. 

 

Once I'm signed in and I click Add to Cart on a product, it "clicks" but nothing is added, cart says empty, no matter what.
