Help, product came empty!!

Hello, I ordered online the K18 damage repair essentials kit and just received it in the mail. I opened the boxes the items came in and when I opened the molecular repair oil, I noticed the dropper was empty. So I squeezed it to pick up product but then realized the dropper was dry. I removed the dropper and looked inside and the bottle was empty and also dry. I’m not sure what to do since it’s only one item out of the kit that came empty. Help is appreciated, thank you!
