Empty product box

I placed an order for two Ordinary Squalene bottles and the shipment arrived with a plastic bag and two product boxes inside, but one product box arrived without the bottle in it- it was just empty and the bottom was ripped. Has this happened to people before? I’m not sure what to do.

- the product box that had a product bottle in it: 4Z222A.

- the product box with no bottle in it: 3DC1 (arrived with the bottom ripped and no product bottle
