Help Points Expired?!

Umm since when do points expire and without any notice?! I’ve been collecting points for so many years and now over 15000 points are GONE just like that? That’s insane to me, can someone PLEASE help me get my points back?!

@jessly Points don’t expire as long as you have made a purchase or redeemed a reward or free birthday gift within the last year.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. Please send me a private message with your registered email address or you can contact Sephora privately through Facebook, X or Instagram.

Hi @jessly, Unfortunately, points expire if your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months or longer. To keep the account active, you would need to make a purchase, redeem a reward, or the birthday gift within a year.
