Gift card balance disappeared

I added a gift card, that was bought at Sephora, of $100. I used a portion of it for one order of $64.41 so I should have $35.59 left.  When I tried to checkout for another order the gift card was not there. How to rectify this? I don’t have the physical card anymore.   I tried the chat and then after 40 minutes I got disconnected.  This is disappointing.

Hello, I had 2 gift cards 30 dollars each and when I went to use them for the first time the balance was 0. I need my money back and will not stand for this.

Unused, unscratched Sephora gift cards with $0 balance, fraudulently used online!

Sephora is doing nothing to help us. Let’s report them to the FTC and to the BBB … we don’t deserve to be cheated!
I am all in for a class action lawsuit. 
And let’s take this to Twitter. We’ll make them take responsibility.

Hi idk if Sephora is a scam or if their customer’s information/accounts have been compromised but I uploaded a $50 gift card that I was gifted to my account that once showed the intended balance of $50. I have been saving my funds/cart for the vib sale and when I went to check out my card is now showing a 00.00 balance! My last online purchase was 2/29 and my last in store balance was 3/8! I have tried to get ahold of someone at sephora to help me resolve this matter and no one is doing anything about it. What is going on with this app!? I have the physical card as well in my possession and the last 4 of card on my online account!! How is there multiple people saying their funds have been wiped and no one is helping?! Such a big corporation committing fraud

Why does this keep happening? It seems like it happens several times a month? What is the problem with Sephora gift cards? Have you had someone address your concerns?
