Gift Card Issues

I've shopped as Sephora for a while, but just created an account online as I was gifted a Sephora gift card for Christmas. I was super excited to use it. Unfortunately, at checkout I keep getting an invalid error. I checked the gift card number and re-entered it numerous times to no avail. 😕
