Five Expired Products

I placed an order for 2 shades of the Kaja Donโ€™t Settle Concealer during the latest VIB sale and both products were expired. I requested for a replacement and again, received expired products. Then again, requested for it to be replaced and AGAIN got expired products. So now I have FIVE expired concealers. The worst part of it all is that I developed skin rashes on my upper lip from using this expired product. I still havenโ€™t been able to calm my skin down since. If I request for a refund, I miss out on the 20% that I was supposed to save. I honestly donโ€™t want a refund โ€“ I just want non-expired concealers!! Itโ€™s also hard to find another concealer that works because this formula and shade match has been impeccable, especially for POC. Itโ€™s soo disappointing that a huge retailer such as Sephora is CONTINUOUSLY sending expired products. Iโ€™ve contacted Customer Support numerous times yet somehow the warehouse is still sending out expired products??? You would think that Sephora would flag this issue to the warehouse if the same customer has reported this issue THREE times. The customer support has been disappointing as well. The second agent was sweet and credited me the cost of shipping and threw in some samples (shout out to Tiffany), but when I asked the third agent how I would be compensated, she said she couldnโ€™t do anything about it (thanks Marissa). But itโ€™s funny because I was credited the cost of shipping hours before Marissa said she couldnโ€™t. The moment that I told her that I was literally offered credit just hours before, Marissa then said she could do the same. So, itโ€™s obvious that Marissaโ€™s initial response was a lie. The replacement that Marissa sent didnโ€™t even include samples, which is the very least that could be offered as compensation. The credit for the shipping fee doesnโ€™t even begin to cover the hassle that Iโ€™ve had to endure to try to get a non-expired product as well as the skin rashes that I developed. I donโ€™t even know what the solution is, because I donโ€™t want to be offered an expired product for the 6TH time neither do I want to miss out on the 20% savings and itโ€™s so terribly hard to find another concealer that works for my skin shade and skin type. This experience has been beyond disappointing and there doesnโ€™t seem to be any solutions.
