Facturation commande annuler

Bonjour,

 

Hier, j’ai commandé et par la suite j’ai annulé ma commande en raison d’un article que j’étais peu certaine de vouloir. J’ai réussi à annuler, mais sur mon compte bancaire, il y a quand même le montant manquant. Est-ce normal?
