Expired points

I saved up over 4000 points and started purchasing again this year now that the pandemic is easing down. But then realized all my points that I worked hard to save expired. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and this is really upsetting. I had no notifications that it’ll expire soon. Can I get my points back?

Points will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward  or the birthday gift. I'll look into this then send you a PM.
