Empty box received

I just received my order in the mail, but I opened the box, and it was empty! The only thing in there was the bubble wrap, packing paper, and my receipt with the items I did not receive. I’ve been on hold with customer service for 15 minutes. I have spent over $1K at Sephora this year alone, and am super annoyed by this!
