Dyson air wrap ceramic pop not working 40 days after purchase

I bought a Dyson airwrap from Sephora. It arrived February 26, and I’ve used it about 10 times and it is not working. I tried cleaning the filter and it still won’t work. I went to a Sephora store to try to do an exchange and they will not exchange it because they do not have the ceramic pop color in stock in any Sephora in New Jersey.

 

A 600 dollar blow dryer should not stop working in less than 2 months!! It is wrong to not offer a customer an exchange just because you do not have the color available. 

I am a rouge member and have always been loyal to Sephora. I can’t believe I purchased a 600 dollar blow dryer and they are now not offering me an exchange! I will now be purchasing everything at Ulta.
My advise to everyone is do not buy any Dyson air wrap in limited edition colors! They will not let you exchange it!  Also consider buying the shark flexstyle, because the new Dyson airraps are not being made the same as the old ones.

After spending so much money on the Dyson air wrap, it is no longer working after 40 days and just around 10 uses…

 

I am trying to exchange the Dyson air wrap and one of the Sephora stores I visited told me they couldn’t exchange it because they do not have the same color in stock. I told them the color does not matter to me as long as it’s the same model. But they denied giving me even the same model..
