Didn't receive free samples

I recently ordered my makeup along with my 3 free samples and one of the 3 didn't arrive in my packa...

It seems I placed 2 orders... mainly to get the samples and the first order, received a perfume sample (which I have allergies) and really wanted to try the samples I checked..... so, I ordered a second order and received 3 little packets of purity (which I have a bottle of already).... Sometimes I order online to try new things - samples, etc... If they run out, you'd think they wouldn't be an option on the website... sigh.... Besides that, I love Sephora!

I just ordered on Sephora for the first time and ordered my 3 free samples. It arrived in the mail today, but when I opened the box, there was only the things I payed for and not the samples. I'm a little disappointed because I was very much looking forward to these samples.

I ordered the tatcha set and did not receive my samples as well.. 1st time thats happened. WHATS UP WITH THAT

I *rarely* get the samples I request! It's disappointing, but it's all free, so I can't complain.
