Hi, I placed an order on Nov25 and I see the track says that it is in transit and arriving late but that status is on Dec5 and hasn't been changed til now. I also don't see the estimated delivery time for this order. How can I know what day it is supposed to arrive?

I am also having this issue. My package shipped from Olive Branch, MS on 12/8 but has been stuck in transit since then. When will it arrive? Can someone tell me if it is lost?

I am having the same issue. My order was placed almost 2 weeks ago. It's coming in 2 shipments and I've only received 1. The other 1 has been stuck in my local post office since December 9th 😞

 I'm having the same problem with an order from November 29 that should have arrived December 3rd. Costumer service terrible. It's been 16 days since I bought, a product wasn't in promotion. Actually I lost the promotion that could have paid 15 $ less on my purchase, because I was waiting for my product to arrive. 🙁

Hi there, I'm having the same problem with an order from December 3rd that should have arrived several days ago. Days have gone by with no USPS update and I'm thinking it may have been lost in the mail––are refunds provided if that's the case? Thank you!

Same problem here with a package shipped 12/2 (in transit, arriving late with last update on 12/6 - today is 12/15).

Another order has a shipping label generated 12/7 and has not even been picked up by USPS from Sephora yet. I have flash shipping. I realize this is USPS’s fault, but it’s getting a bit ridiculous.
