Delivery problems with Deliver-It carrier

Has anyone else experienced problems receiving shipments with Deliver-It? I've been ordering Sephora packages to the same address for years, but ever since Sephora started using the carrier, Deliver-It, my packages are stated as being delivered, but they never are. I even provide detailed delivery instructions on the carrier's site, despite that there really are no special or complicated delivery circumstances. It's a standard commercial building address.

 

Thankfully I have been able to get reshipments, but this carrier is obviously terrible. I'm wondering if any one else has been having major problems with this carrier. I wish Sephora would offer carrier options during the checkout process!

I had the same issue today they said they attempt to deliver my package but no gate code This is crazy

I had the same issue today, they didn’t even try to call the landline for me to

open the gate.

SAME!!! i cannot express how much i despise this carrier. They were "out for delivery" yesterday with my package then later that day changed status to "on hold", that's fine i figured they were busy. Today comes and it's "out for delivery" and soon it says delivery attempted and unable to deliver because gate code required. I had filled out the gate code and unit number updated YESTERDAY! They did not use the gate code but took a picture of the gate as proof when my complex has a button to call the office for deliveries and they will open the gate for you. This is the laziest sh*t i have ever seen and the most unprofessional work ever. idk what kind of a fraudulent business this is but a company like sephora shouldn't be using this bootleg shipping service that cant even be bothered to press a button to gain access to deliver a package in which the gate code was provided for. Every google search for this company has nothing but negative reviews and this is the most ghetto delivery service behavior i've seen. how can they not manage to deliver my package two days in a row and the excuse is theres no gate access when there was a code provided and buttons on the gate to call the office to ask for access??? RIDICULOUS!!!!!!

Same issue.  They "attempted" delivery and then said it wasn't safe to leave my package.  I've ordered from Sephora for years and never encountered an issue before.  This company clearly sucks, as I did a google search and everything came up negative.  I tried calling but they said to track on their website.  What a terrible business model!

Yes I’ve also had problems with Deliver-It. Most recently, they claimed they delivered my package and took a picture of the box as proof. When I went to look for the in the mailroom of my apartment complex, I located the package but it was addressed to another resident, it wasn’t mine. Luckily I was able to get a replacement in but I’m so worried they’ll send that one with Deliver-It. It makes me hesitant to place future orders because I never know which carrier they’ll use. I never have issues with On Trac, UPS, FedEx or USPS. Sephora if you’re reading this, PLEASE consider ending the relationship with Deliver-It.
