Damaged Item

Hello! I need some help with this item that arrived like this. The highlighter is half broken. I don't have the opportunity to return it in the near future, I went on a work trip outside the country. What should I do? There is photo confirmation from my friend who received the order, she's busy as well for now and can't help me with return.
