Credit card application error message

I tried applying for the card and after hitting submit it goes straight to an error message page "something went wrong", the application never went through. Tried contacting customer support and also Comenity Bank, both are saying there's no glitch in their system. Frustrating to say the least.

I tried 4 different times, contacted Comenity as well.. No one knows what the problem is.

My apologies, I'd suggest clearing the cookies/cache on your browser, or attempting the application from a different browser or device if possible.
