On 11/11/23 I placed Order number: --- for $633.94 I was expecting to take delivery of the items on 11/15/23 but at present, I still do not have the order and contacted Sephora and they said there is nothing they can do since their shipper took a photo of the package at the wrong location.  I requested a replacement shipment due to Sephora's shipping partner "deliverit"  negligence of leaving a $633 delivery to the wrong LOCATION and not having a confirmed delivery.  I have searched everywhere for this package and have not found it.  I filed a police report 11/16/23, for the missing package and the police department has not been able to locate my order. Sephora, shipped via deliverit Tracking Number: --- , and the company attached a photo of a high-value package left at a showroom at 7:41am that has a sign that notes that " the shipper will take all responsibility for packages left at the showroom and that packages are delivered to the loading dock or at the office". Sephora customer service refused to fill my order after they delivered this to the wrong location, as the customer I should not take responsibility for their shipper's negligence.  I placed a high-value order that should have had a signature and Sephora shipping partner marked a delivery of my high-value package in an unsafe location without signature and approval.Sephora's customer service team is violating the Consumer Protection Act. All my packages are always signed for, or delivered to our warehouse manager especially ones over $500. I deliver them to my work because I find them to be the most secure since I am available for the deliveries or have workers here to sign for them. Most of our packages are delivered to the loading dock, which has a camera system and can trace any package delivery. It's pure negligence if whoever Sephora hired delivered and then left it inside an unsecured, unsafe showroom that did not have a camera. I asked the package to be delivered to Joe Camper our warehouse manager. The photo of the delivery states, " Would you leave a $633 sitting in a furniture store?
