Constant website issues

I get this message all the time on my computer (in all 3 browsers). I've cleared by cache and it doesn't help. Sephora please get it together!

Re: Constant website issues

It's December 24th and I've been COMPLAINING about this to CS since AUGUST! Absolutely RIDICULOUS your IT people can't fix this. I guess losing MONEY doesn't matter to Sephora when people can't view carts, items or checkout. ULTA doesn't seem to have these issues. I've been going directly to the manufacturer's sites. SCREW IT!  WTH is wrong with you people? Do you even care?

RE: Re: Constant website issues

THanks @RaquelBT, i found if I clear my cache/cookies it works better for a little while if anyone is stuck and trying to order!

Re: RE: Re: Constant website issues

I was having the same problem - clearing browser cache/data fixed the issue for me.

Re: Constant website issues

Clearing cookies and cache didn't help me

Re: Constant website issues

They need to hire some programmers to fix this...LOL

It is kinda funny that the innovation lab of Sephora is located in San Francisco, CA, where all the smart brains are at, and yet they do not want to hire somebody to fix a broken website.

Re: Constant website issues

Me too,  Can't do anything.  Hope it's fixed by Friday!

Re: Constant website issues

Same. Website hasn't worked for weeks.

Re: Constant website issues

I've been having the same issue today too. The only place it will work is in 'private mode' on Safari.
