Completely wrong order

Is anyone able to get on chat successfully today? I’ve been trying to chat with someone but it keeps showing as unavailable. I received the rest of my order but all the items in it were wrong and I didn’t get what I ordered 😭😢

I just opened my package & same thing happened to me. It’s also telling me customer service chat is unavailable which has got me extremely frustrated seeing as no part of any of Sephoras c/s process is easy!
