I meet all the qualifications. However, my application was immediately

store may not be able to apply it to an exchange. I would recommend
checking with the store directly to confirm.

@RiceSoup932 Your gift card should have an 8 digit pin and you should be
able to enter all 8 digits online. Are you trying to add the gift card
in the payment section at checkout?
