Creating/Registering account

I opened a store credit card and can make payments through easy pay but when I called the number on the back of my physical credit card that ive been using in store, they said they dont have any information related to me/credit card..nothing. they only see my account for Victorias secret?ive made a payment but I would like to be able to log into a portal

@l0youngI'm sorry for the confusion. You should be able to contact Comenity for further assistance with your Sephora credit card as they are the issuing bank.
