4 digit pin

Hello

 

I received a gift card for Christmas and it only has a 4 digit pin.  mobile app states it should be 8 digits.  please help

Hi @Andram1988, my apologies! I recommend contacting the number on the back of the card to learn if they're able to assist. Alternatively, you can also try visiting a Sephora store to learn if they're able to swipe the card at checkout for redemption.
