Cannot apply rewards to order

I've been trying to use one of my $5 credit cards rewards for the last month but I keep getting "Reward certificate has already been redeemed" message whenever I try to apply it. I've have not redeemed this reward and it's going to expire soon. Please help.

I have had the same issue for months. In fact, some of my rewards have expired because of it. I have called customer service of the credit card and no one can seem to fix the issue. I plan on canceling this card because it isn't worth it if you can't use the points. The card website is also atrocious. Def one of the worst credit card platforms I have ever used.
