Credit Card Rewards Not Applying

I am trying to find out why my sephora credit card rewards are not applying when I hit the apply button. I see a bunch of posts, but no solutions. Anyone have any ideas? No other coupon codes are in the cart. It just says it can’t be applied. What am I missing. Not worth the hassle.

I figured it out. They won’t apply to buy online/pick up in store orders, but will for shipped orders. Will have to go to the store to purchase.
