Canceled orders AGAIN

I’ve only posted once before and it was for the same reason. Here we are during the sale and my order has been canceled twice. Customer service didn’t help me via chat or phone because they can’t even tell me a reason there is a “dispute” on my account. How are we supposed to resolve said dispute if sephoras employees don’t even know what it is or the issue on my account? Coincidently they said it can take a week to get back to me… the day after the sale ends. This is so frustrating. They don’t even notify you that an orders been canceled!! Because I know that Sephora has cancelled my orders previously without reason I checked my recent orders to make sure it was processing otherwise I wouldn’t have known it was canceled. I don’t understand how this keeps happening. Crazy.

@jaleemarie, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you would like to send me a private message with your order number, I'll look into this.
