Cancel same day delivery

Good morning and happy new year! I didn’t realize my daughter had accidentally subscribed to same day delivery trial and never used it and then today got billed for the subscription. As it was just charged today and never used,not even the trial, I would please like to inquire about possibly getting a refund on this subscription pls as my daughter did it by accident. Thank you!
