Same Day Delivery Cancelled

I placed an order for the Glossier Ultralip for same day delivery, and I went to check the status and it says cancelled. I did not cancel this order, is it a glitch or did they cancel my order; if so why?

Note: I just checked and I got refunded, I have no email or confirmation of why they cancelled and refunded my order. 

 

Note 2: I placed the order again so fingers crossed it doesn’t get cancelled again
