Canada Customers

I am super frustrated and cannot seem to get a resolution through customer support- is anyone else in Canada trying to shop on the app and constantly facing roadblocks?

 

In the last week I cannot add a promo code bc the items are sold out- but why does Canada only have 2 promos???

 

Why is Keratesse displayed in the Bazaar but in the last 3 weeks cannot select it as you get an error

 

Why is the Danessa Myricks blurring bomb showing as a Bazaar item and it tells me the error of valid

 

I can’t add the Josie Maran vanilla moisturizer it will not do anything just won’t let me go back to my order

 

I just am really tired of seeing things that I cannot have and I just don’t understand why this is so complicated and terrible for Canadians - does the Canadian customer not matter?

Same for me. I also never receive any samples I pick, it’s always only the item I bought.

Could NOT agree more! Nothing seems to be working right now, including the live support… making it virtually impossible to address any of these issues. And I just received an automated message informing me of their hours of operation, so clearly telephone support isn’t an option either.

 

We don’t stand a chance at receiving any of the bazaar items or samples (if they bother to send them at all, which is usually the case for me). Part of the reason I purchase from them is the benefit of being able to trial these new/new to me products. 
Perhaps the focus needs to be shifted from producing their ridiculous commercials to maintaining these platforms.

Ugh, I have the same issues.  This is getting so frustrating and making me not want to purchase from Sephora.  

I tried deleting the app etc like the customer service rep on this app suggested and there are obviously no fixes of the issues from this.  

Fix the technical issues already, Sephora.  Also, if the promos items are actually all getting sold out within minutes then this is ridiculous.

Nope you’re right! I just replied more thoroughly in another thread. Sephora needs to be transparent about what is happening with these “offers”

I’m agreeing with the OP and also never works, I actually never receive any of the samples I pick, and a few times, the promo works but I receive something different.

I removed the app and added it back and it did not resolve the error

 

i have called and I have reached out through chat and can’t get help 

 

I think it’s very strange that we don’t have promos for Canada that are available and that bazaar items can’t be added and I can’t add the sample of the Josie maran as it will not acknowledge the done button

Also trying to add the blurring balm. It says invalid sku, sku cannot be found. I also cannot add any promos. It’s very frustrating. I’ve started buying what I can find on Amazon instead because there’s no benefit anymore to using Sephora. It’s an overall very frustrating experience. Wish we had ulta in Canada.

I'm getting an error in the app and when I try using the web and click "Add", it just does nothing. It's like this for the Blurring Balm and the Kérastase product so it's not an app issue

@alisonec, I'm sorry to hear this. It looks like your private messages are off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings.
