Can't find kohls order in history

I got some beauty products 2-3 months ago at a Sephora inside kohls and I do not have the physical receipt anymore and I do not see the transaction in my Sephora account. It shows in my bank statement I made the purchase but I do not see it in my kohls or Sephora account. What can I do? I typed in my number and it pulled up my beauty account if I remember correctly.
