Can I return a product if a piece is missing but it's barely been used?

Hi, I purchased a primer from Urban Decay and I don't like it. I want to return it, but I lost the cap for the primer. I have all the packaging and the receipt. It's not broken either. Can I still return it?

I'm sorry to hear that item isn't working out for you! I recommend contacting your local Sephora regarding your specific return as all returns and exchanges are done at the discretion of the store. If you have your receipt, I assume they will be able to accommodate 🙂
