Bottle came empty (biossance rose oil!)

I was finally able to order since the darn strike and I got this earlier today  https://www.sephora.com/ca/en/product/biossance-most-loved-luminous-brightening-routine-kit-P513625?...


โ€˜the bottle of rose oil came completely empty. I couldnโ€™t believe my eyes. And the stopper was not tightly in the bottle. Not a drop of oil left. Ugh

 

I bought this gift set purely for that one item. Iโ€™m so disappointed.

 

can someone help me? I just want a bottle of this oil to try. I love biossance and since the strike I have been waiting to do an order. I live rural so I couldnโ€™t get anything sent to me during the strike.

No support on right now so I thought to post here. Everything else in the set is perfect.
