Beauty Preferences Persistent Error

 hey my app as been telling me for a few days when I try to click on my beauty preferences to check my Internet connection. But my Internet is fine. I checked my network as well as clearing my data and cache from the app, adjusting permissions, and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If anyone has any suggestions on what to do next to troubleshoot pls lmk.
