I went into the store that issued me the credit and I had my original
receipt. They didn’t know what to do and they asked if they could keep
my receipt and they would look into it and call me back. Can you please
tell me what they should do.

We have exactly the same problem, the package was marked as delivered
but we couldnt find anywhere around our house and the photo proof of
delivered totally different from our house and out neighbors....
