I received my package with missing item

Hi guys, I am so mad and frustrated at this moment.

So first of all, I bought YSL Candy glow balm at store, and the item was defected by someone else’s nail. Then I had to return it on this Monday (1/26) and reorder it to my home since the item was out of stock.

 

The package was delivered today around 8:00 PM but I was doing my work so had to open it around 10:30 PM. 

When I opended the package, there was no item AT ALL and all I could’ve see was the packaging papers. 

What should I do in this case? Since it is a night, their customer service is closed.
