Banned from shopping online?

During this past sale I ordered a bunch of products. On the day it was supposed to arrive I recieved a email that the package was delivered to my home. I went to check and did receive a package that had nothing that I ordered. So I contact customer service and they say they will investigate and get back to me. Later that day I receive an email saying that they will not help me with replacing or a refund bc of an issue with a previous order a few years ago. So here I am with someone else’s package and nothing of what I ordered. Later that evening when mu husband got home he brought in another package! It was MY Sephora order. I don’t know why I was sent someone else’s stuff initially and then recieved my actual package but I decided at that point to return the wrong package and my package all back in store at Sephora. I let the store know that the first package I didn’t order and reason I was returning mine. Beyond frustrated by this point. A few days ago I decided to order some moisturizer and realized I am banned from shopping online?! My account is banned but I can shop in store? WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR MISTAKE?! I even honorably took back the package that was sent to me that wasn’t mine. I didn’t have to do that but I did… and now this?! Can anyone guide me on what to do? Or is Sephora just unreasonable?! This is completely wrong
