App is not working

Hello team. It has been few weeks now since I started seeing issue with my app. I am unable to access any product, throws an error each time. I Uninstalled and reinstalled few times even restarted my phone. But the app does not seem to work. There is no issue with my network because everything else is working fine.

Error I see is failed to perform request, check internet connectivity.

@spydi It looks like LaurieBT sent you a PM. You cab view your PMs and reply directly by selecting the bell or envelope in the top right hand corner.

I am also having this issue. I can’t view any products whenever I click on a product page it just continues to load for as long as I leave it pulled up. In addition, I was unable to even start my own thread on here (got an error message 3 times) to report the issue, hence why I’m replying to this thread. Please help!

Same! And it’s Sunday Nov 12 and it’s been like this for a week! Did anyone help you fix it?

No, I am still waiting. I have this issue since VIB sale, I was unable to make purchase during the sale because of this. Now most of the items I wanted are out of stock. So I am very frustrated right now.
