2017REWARD Promo Code Not working

I am trying to use the 2017REWARD Promo code and it is saying the promo code does not exist.  I see I am not the only customer having problems with this promo code

ok it finally worked! It’s “2017reward” singular, not rewards with an “s,” & no caps!

Try closing out and sign back in. It was being finicky for me.
