$2000 package lost and No action from Sephora

I’m a VIBR for a long time, and during the past sale, I placed a big order of around $2300. Sephora shipped it out by four boxes. I received 3 of them, and the one that contains majority of the items are lost. I contacted Sephora three times, and they kept telling me just wait a few more days to see if it comes. Sure.

 

Today, I called again claiming it is lost. It has been almost three weeks since it’s ā€œdeliveredā€. Guess what? I got an email saying: We will not refund you because the same issue has been happened before with my account at this address, so Sephora will no longer refund, AND all other order issues for this account WILL NOT be taken care of. Is Sephora insane?

 

First of all, for such a large dollar amount of order, Sephora does not provide any secured shipping methods. No signature shipping, no choice of carrier, no insurance, no nothing!! They just keep using the cheap lasership, and why do I need to be responsible for something that I am not even been given choice of??  

Secondly, at this address, I have lost two Sephora packages before this one. Those two packages all said ā€œpackage lostā€ in their tracking number, and this one I lost recently said ā€œdeliveredā€. These are the only three loss that I reported. What do you mean by THIS ACCOUNT will be at my own risk?? If you think three lost packages is too high of a number for a person who placed ten orders in total. Ok sure whatever. I am placing almost a hundred orders and spending thousands of dollars every year. You think three out of 100 is too much, so you can put me into black list??? Have you even tried to locate the package? Have you even tried to contact Lasership to see what’s going on?? I need to know what you have done expect letting customer wait and blacklist your customer. 

This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever met. I need some one to talk to me, explain to me, and let me know why are you guys treating your customers like this??? This is not going to end. This will go to the court if I didn’t get a satisfied response from you. This is the worst company in the world.  What is this tracking info saying??What is this tracking info saying??

This is just an idea of how much I spent. This is the SAVED AMOUNT. Sephora, I need your response to your loyal customer. Ulta is surely good, but I need my money back.
