15 % Promo code not working?

The error code says, “Offer available to select Beauty Insider members. Must log in to qualify.” I am logged in and I am a VIB!

I tried logging out and logging back in but no luck 😞 How do I use my promo code?

Am also having trouble using GIFT EASY code. Keep getting error "Must be logged into Beauty Insider account to qualify. Sephora Collection, Dyson, Oribe, Chanel, The Ordinary, and MAC Cosmetics VIVA GLAM products are excluded from this promotion." Am logged in and thought the 30% off was for Sephora Collection.

I'm getting the same message.  I'm a rouge member and I've tried both yesterday and today and still the same message "Offer available to select BI members". Are you able to help me as well @keelybt
