$100 rouge reward

Anyone know how the 100 rouge reward works. I have 2500 points and I’m just wondering how you use it

Congrats! I stalked it today and only ever saw the $25 and $50 ones.

@mcmorelli  Thanks! Yeah, today Sephora was extra sneaky about it. They released the rewards kind of late and then only put up the $25 and $50. I didn`t see the $100 one until 15 minutes in. I almost gave up thinking that Sephora decided not to dispense that one. Maybe that's what they were hoping for, for people to get discouraged and not look for the reward. I`m just happy that I've turned in all of my points so that I can switch to Ulta.

Same. Error message pops up and says my cart is out of date when I add the $100 reward...then it's too late. I don't get the same message for the $50 or $25 reward so it seems very fishy to me.

I’ve just been trying to get the 100 reward. I’ve been on since 8:50 and at 9:08 a reward dropped, but like everyone else has been saying, it’s gone from your cart by the time you check out. It seems like they only release one. Again, like everyone has said, I had no issues prior to March getting one. Hope they do something to change this.

cant help but notice how the mods all ignore this whole post. its listed under the perks of being rogue that we are to be able to get a $100 reward for us spending $2500 loyally at sephora however myself and several others clearly haven't been seeing that option si what gives? I've been able to get 4 or 5 in the past (none since like marchish tho) no issue yet every time I go on now yall are trying to get us to take half the reward for more than half the points ? maybe if you guys just treated your customers right and were up front with them you wouldnt have to copy ulta's sales to try to keep business. I spend over 20K at your store every year and I definitely dont feel that is valued. I'll happily take my business to Ulta where they do value me as shown by their fabulous perks and directly to the retailers Ulta does not carry because even their rewards programs are better than this one. The greed you guys exhibit is astonishing

I emailed support suggesting that the gift card should be open for all as a perk of being rouge. As long as rouge members have the points to redeem. And their reply was oh it's not possible as not everyone wants the giftcards. I'm sure, if people are choosing between a sample or a gift card everyone would go gift card.

Lol. Still no Rouge rewards... They’ve had some of the same point perks for months. I’m tired of waiting. Let me cash out my points so I can delete my app already. 🙄

Update: A 2500 pt rouge reward showed up at 9:08 (I was on the app at 8:55 am PST), I added it to my basket and checked out immediately.... then it said- OUT OF STOCK. Lol. I added the 1500 pt reward instead to see what would happen.... but that’s still sitting my basket. 1500 for $50 versus 2500 for $100. Y’all try to make things feel “exclusive” or “exciting” when in fact, it’s actually quite annoying and a nuisance. If we want to redeem points for dollars- just make it easily available.

Same thing happened to me again today, first I received a "Basket Expired" notification again and then for the second attempt it stated "Out of Stock".

That is all I want to do, use my points and be done with Sephora altogether. They do not treat their VIB and Rouge customers right at all.

It's gone in less time than it takes to checkout, which is leading me to believe it's not even real anymore.... that, or they're releasing 1. The second it's added to cart, it's out of stock. HOW?! I have people in different locations, signed into my account EVERY TUES/THURS trying to get this, and it's ALWAYS UNAVAILABLE THE VERYYYYY MOMENT IT'S ADDED TO THE CART! 

 

The $100 Rouge Reward has become a unicorn. Meanwhile, Ulta automatically transfers points into dollars off, the times can be exchanged, and you can use a promo code. I've nearly stopped shopping at Sephora for this very reason. They have us competing against one another like rabid dogs... and it only creates disdain and resentment for Sephora and our fellow shoppers. Good idea, Sephora. 

 

ULTA HAS WAYYY BETTER INCENTIVES.

I think it is pretty apparent at this point that Sephora is misleading Rouge members about the true availability of the $100 reward. Like the other individuals posting, for weeks I have gone on the app at precisely 9am pacific on Tuesdays and Thursdays and I have never once seen the $100 reward, only $50 or $25. I have repeatedly refreshed the app etc, even checked back later, never a $100 reward to be seen. I have emailed about this and have not gotten a satisfactory answer. I was able to get a $100 reward last year with no problem whatsoever. It seems to me that maybe the perk availability has changed, but Sephora didn’t feel the need to communicate this to their loyal customers. Personally, I feel duped and I don’t appreciate it.

So agree!! I was able to get them in the past when they first started it.  I have been coming back and checking every Tues and Thurs and have yet to see one.  I see the $25 reward which is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Preach. I’m ready to take my money elsewhere at this point. I’ve been trying to purge my points for the last few weeks. Ulta automatically applies a dollar off amount. Rouge is considered “top” tier and yet... this feels like a crap shoot for a reward (which is supposed to make us feel like our money spent was worth while) that doesn’t even exist anymore. Misleading.

There were $100 rewards this morning. I had never seen one before and didn’t realize there was a specific time they released them. Clicked on it and it gave me a pop up to agree to terms and that I would receive an email on how to use it. Then i removed what was in my basket as it was something I had already recently purchased and added something back but the reward was gone and when I looked back it was only 25$ ones and that isn’t worth it to blow points on.

I have been waiting the $100 reward since July. Now it’s September I still didn’t see any $100 off pop up:-/ It’s really hurt me because every Tuesday and Thursday I’ve been checking Sephora app around half an hour to see if there is $100 off code reward. Disappointed at Sephora. And I hate these tricks about limit members can get the code. I’ve been waiting for this two months so don’t tell me you guys give the code on Tuesday and Thursday this kind of words:)

I'm not even able to get into the app. Every Tuesday and Thursday morning I'm logged out and there's an error when I try to get in. I've tried for over a month to get the $100 reward and I never see it. I'm logged in at 8:55 AM PST. I'm curious who has actually got one in the last month?

I'VE BEEN TRYING FOR FOREVER NOW! IT SEEMS AS THOUGH IT'S NOT REAL OR THEY'RE RELEASING ONE. I never had an issue last year, or early this year. These past couple of months, it's impossible. Then, they had that stupid giveaway where people essentially had to give away hundreds of dollars in points to just enter. I think they're trying to get rid of this for good. I've been shopping at Ulta where my points are automatically converted into dollars off.

I’ve been waiting for the Rouge Reward ($100) to magically pop up in the rewards bazaar for the last couple of weeks. Checked this morning (precisely at 9 AM PST) to no avail. Trading in 1000 points (which roughly translates to $1000 spent) for $25 reward is NOT worth it, in my opinion... When will you guys “restock” the 2500 pt rouge reward?

I'm sorry to hear that you've had difficulty redeeming the $100 Rouge Reward. Additional quantities are released on Tuesdays and Thursdays around 9 a.m. PST. Please stay tuned to the Rewards Bazaar for updates!

This is the same response I see everywhere, Facebook, Twitter, etc, but it doesn't do much to relieve frustrations.  I've faithfully been logged in 10 minutes before the rewards drop and haven't been able to successfully redeem the $100 reward, and the $25 and $50 aren't worth the points they cost.  I've been able to get the $100 in the past, but this time its been impossible.

I too have been checking every Tuesday and Thursday for the past two weeks for the $100 rouge reward at 9am and never seen it pop up. I think you guys owe it to your customers to provide an upfront answer on whether it will be back.
