$100 rouge reward not showing in my basket!

My $100 rouge reward isn't showing up in my basket or my account. I received an email reminding me to use it but I can't find it! I've tried signing out and back in and I've tried different browsers and devices and it's still not there. I'm hoping someone can help me before it expires.
