T-Zone Oily

Hi! I’m in the teen age range and my T-Zone (Forehead and Nose)  has been very oily. I also am getting blemishes in those areas. My scalp is also oily. Is there a way to reduce this?

Thanks!

Re: T-Zone Oily

Keep your skincare simple.Double cleanse before bed,use a water based moisturizer, use a gentle exfoliate no more than once a week. Salicylic acid also helps with any acnes or blemishes. Other things you can do is use a silk pillowcase and sheets and make sure you wash your hair no more than 2 or 3 times a day. Never go to sleep with wet hair and put your hair in a protective hair style before bed or in a silk bonnet and make sure you use a scrunchie or something like that. Making your tour hair stays out of your face through out the night and making sure it's clean can help your skin a lot. Last but not least pimple patches are your best friend.Hope this helps!
