Oily T-zone , best foundation

Hi everyone.  Happy new years . 

I'm in my 40s and I would like to know if there are any long lasting foundation for oily-T zone area. 

Is there a primer or moisturizer that would help ? 

Any recommendations would help. 

If there's a step by step guide would help too.

@Vanne246 @The best thing you could do is get a different primer and powder for your t zone. That’s what I do. I use MAC mattifying primer and MAC blot powder just for my t zone and Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Powder ans Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat Blur Face Primer Blur Primer Gold everywhere else. Also blot papers help.
