Re: brows

Glossier bow brow in clear. Works.

Re: brows

There is some strange thing called 'soap brows' where you take any clear/translucent soap and brush your hairs with it.  For the reviews I've seen on YouTube, it is effective for unruly brows.  I have not yet tried it, but then again, I don't have bushy brows.

If this isn't your thing, I would suggest taming them initially using a clear brow gel and spoolie.  I really like Boy Brow by Glossier, but there are others on the market.

Then go in with a thin, angled brush and utilize the pomade you have.  You may be going in with a heavy hand or you could have too dark of a color.  I'd say going with a color one shade lighter than your actual hair color.  I use Tarte's Brow Mousse in Rich Brown (this set includes a double ended brush with spoolie on one side).  I have black hair and it works perfectly.  Staying power is on point.  Use a light swiping motion to mimic the brow hairs only filling in the sparse areas for a natural look.

Re: brows

After you wash your face or shower, brush your brows right away with a spoolie in an up and over direction. Having them dry in the desired shape helps a lot.

I really love a brow pencil like ABH brow wiz for shaping and filling in, the spoolie on the end is so helpful! The line has a variety of shades, so there should be one to match your colour or close to, I have dark brunette hair and use shade Chocolate.

I find pomade to take more time and experience, and it gives a bolder brow. Powders, for me, are a little bit messy and not as natural looking and precise. Watching some YouTube tutorials can be a big help in learning as well! Hope this helps @chub0319 ☺️

brows

I have strange brows that are patchy and fine but are all over (Ive seen a couple other Asian girls with this too). I've never waxed or threaded because of sensitive skin. I use tweezers (I splurged on tweezerman), and I've recently tried the technique of brushing them up with a spoolie and trimming the crazy brow hair that pops out. it grows back so fast. o.o I've never tried a clear/tined gel because I'm too lazy and pommade was too bold for my brows too.

RE: brows

I feel ya! I have one brow that is perfect and the other is a psycho. I use eyeshadow primer and then I line them with a pencil and fill in with a powder. It’s the only way I can hide the crazy.

ive had the same problem with mine. I used clear mascara...

ive had the same problem with mine. I used clear mascara to "train" them until they grew in nicer and I trim them regularly. I'm growing them out right now so they are super crazy!

RE: brows

Yeah! I would brush them up and lightly trim with a pair of eyebrow shears any hairs that stick up over where you want your eyebrows to stop on the top. Then I would brush them down and trim what sticks over the bottom of the brow. You can also use a comb over shears technique to shorten the length of the brow hairs themselves. Or ask your stylist to shape them that way for you. Then I would ask you why you have to use so many products to line your brows if they are so wild and uncontrolled? Why not use a clear gel to hold them and a fine pencil to barely elongate them or fill them. You shouldn't needing to use so much liner that it rubs off. Why not accept a more natural shape?

Re: brows

If You're in a rush or something you can always buy a full coverage drug store concealer and use a small brush to clean them up a bit after you've applied your eyebrow product . You can also buy a small eyebrow trimming kit and do them yourself without spending so much money 🙂  Hope this helps .

Re: brows

My eyebrows do the same thing, I've bought eyebrow shavers, the razor is really small so I just shave off whatever I don't like since I don't afford to get my eyebrows threaded every few days (that's how fast mine grow out). Hope that helps!!

RE: Re: brows

Bobbie Brown has an excellent brow tamer, clear or with color if they are turning gray. The gray ones are really wild. I brush mine up, trim them with a fine pair of scissors, & cover with the Bobbie Brown in Mahogany.
